Our Founder
LaShanda Harvey is a Certified Medical Nail Technologist (M-ANT) and licensed nail professional with over 15 years of experience in nail care, including 9 years specializing in advanced nail and foot care. She founded Advanced Care Medi Nail Spa to bridge the gap between beauty and health, creating a safe, clinical, and relaxing environment for individuals who need specialized care beyond the traditional salon experience.
Throughout her career, she has worked closely with clients living with diabetes, neuropathy, undergoing oncology treatments, experiencing mobility challenges, and managing other medical conditions that affect nail and foot health. She recognized the growing need for a space where these clients can receive compassionate, hygienic, and medically informed nail care without fear or judgment.
