1. Scope of Services (TDLR Compliance)
Advanced Care Medical Nail Spa provides cosmetology and non-invasive nail care services in compliance with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).
All services are cosmetic, hygienic, and preventative in nature and are intended for grooming and general nail and foot care only.
We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions, and our services are not a substitute for medical care provided by a licensed physician, podiatrist, or other healthcare provider.
2. Licensing & Regulatory Disclosure
Advanced Care Medical Nail Spa operates in accordance with:

3. Appointments & Booking

4. Cancellations & No-Show Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit paid.

Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
5. Payments & Pricing

Payment is due at the time of service.

We accept approved payment methods, including eligible FSA/HSA cards when applicable (client responsibility to confirm eligibility).

6. Client Intake, Disclosure & Safety
Clients are required to complete an intake form and disclose accurate and complete information, including but not limited to:

Circulatory or immune concerns

Recent infections or injuries
We reserve the right to decline, modify, or discontinue services if:

A condition presents a safety or sanitation concern

7. Sanitation & Infection Control
We follow strict sanitation protocols, including:

Clients acknowledge that no cosmetic service is entirely risk-free and agree to assume responsibility for post-service care.
