Custom silicone or foam orthotic applied to relieve pressure on toes, bunions, corns, or overlapping areas, reducing pain and preventing friction or ulceration. Ideal for diabetic, arthritic, and high-risk clients.
Cancellation Policy
**Cancellation & No-Show Policy** At Advanced Care Medical Nail Spa, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you and requires dedicated preparation and time. We kindly ask that you review and respect the following policy: **Appointment Cancellations** - A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service price. - Same-day cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service fee. **No-Shows** - Clients who do not arrive for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. - Repeated no-shows may require prepayment in full for future appointments. **Late Arrivals** - Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation, depending on availability. - Late arrivals are subject to the full service fee. **Medical & Emergency Exceptions** - We understand that emergencies happen. Documented medical emergencies may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at management’s discretion. **Payment Authorization** - By booking an appointment, you authorize Advanced Care Medical Nail Spa to charge the card on file for any applicable cancellation or no-show fees. **Payment Methods** - We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and eligible FSA/HSA cards for qualifying medical nail services. - All payments are due at the time of service.
