Service Description
This preventive foot care service provides professional, medical-grade toenail trimming for individuals who are unable to safely manage their own nail care. Using advanced techniques and premium products, toenails are carefully trimmed and shaped to support comfort, hygiene, and overall foot health. This service also includes visual nail checks, including monitoring for brown spots or discoloration (brown checks) that may appear on the toenails. While this service does not diagnose medical conditions, it helps support early awareness and proper nail maintenance. Cancellation Policy
**Cancellation & No-Show Policy** At Advanced Care Medical Nail Spa, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you and requires dedicated preparation and time. We kindly ask that you review and respect the following policy: **Appointment Cancellations** - A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service price. - Same-day cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service fee. **No-Shows** - Clients who do not arrive for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. - Repeated no-shows may require prepayment in full for future appointments. **Late Arrivals** - Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation, depending on availability. - Late arrivals are subject to the full service fee. **Medical & Emergency Exceptions** - We understand that emergencies happen. Documented medical emergencies may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at management’s discretion. **Payment Authorization** - By booking an appointment, you authorize Advanced Care Medical Nail Spa to charge the card on file for any applicable cancellation or no-show fees. **Payment Methods** - We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and eligible FSA/HSA cards for qualifying medical nail services. - All payments are due at the time of service.
